Return confirmation to print means that you are in agreement with the following terms. Please note that card delivery times may, in some cases, be subject to delays. While we make every effort to match the exact colours requested by clients, we advise that card and colour variances may occur. If reprints due to faults are required, all faulty cards received by the client must be returned before a replacement can be issued. Incorrect text, incorrect saving of text file paths, or typographical errors/spelling mistakes on cards can occur during the setup process. Therefore, please check your final email proof carefully, as we are not responsible for any typing errors. Where borders or frames on cards are concerned, we do not take responsibility for cards being cut off-centre (e.g., frames or borders appearing thicker on one side and thinner on the other). Your cards are a cash-on-collection item. If a customer orders artwork to be produced but does not proceed with printing, an $80 + GST artwork fee will be charged. Payment Terms: A 2% interest charge per month will be applied to all overdue accounts, plus all debt collection costs. When supplying artwork, please ensure all details are clear—especially if QR codes are involved—as we take no responsibility for submitted artwork. Your business card size is 90 x 55mm, unless stated otherwise. We take no responsibility for the print quality of poorly scanned computer files or hard copy artwork submitted for scanning. This includes low-quality photographs supplied by the customer. We encourage you to order your cards well in advance of their required date, as we will not be held responsible for failing to meet customer deadlines. For all orders outside Christchurch, payment on proof is required. Computer Graphics, Colourwave Graphics, or Full Colour Cards exercise due care in the preparation of artwork but are not responsible or liable for any mistakes, misprints, omissions, or typographical errors. Customers confirming print approval by way of this returned email understand that any breach of copyright in artwork provided to Computer Graphics, Colourwave Graphics, or Full Colour Cards is solely the customer's responsibility. Computer Graphics, Colourwave Graphics, or Full Colour Cards print graphics and text provided by the customer but do not warrant or guarantee the truth, accuracy, or sufficiency of any description, photograph, or statement. We accept no liability for any loss suffered by any person who relies, wholly or in part, on any description, photograph, or statement contained herein. Additionally, we take no responsibility for the loss or accidental destruction of photographs and/or artwork supplied by clients. Refund Policy: Refunds usually take one working week, provided there are no complications. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only possible if the product has not gone to print. Service Delivery: 2–5 working days for standard print jobs. 10–14 working days for more complex print jobs. Privacy Policy: Customer artwork layouts are retained for production purposes only.
